3. All bidders must register prior to the auction and provide a valid driver’s license and telephone number. Numbers will be given out and must be turned in with payment. Failure to pay within the prescribed time shall result in forfeiture of the deposit.

The County makes no representation as to whether or not the mobile home shall be considered attached to the property. The project is proposed by Renewable Energy Development, Inc. The project has a projected coast of $3,130,000.
